MADE TO ORDER

With the exception of some of our jewellery, most pieces of Miel handmade are made to order for each customer. The time taken in our manufacturing process means you will receive a uniquely, sustainable & carefully made piece of jewellery that ensures longevity. I want you to love your jewellery purchase and thank you in advance for your patience.

Because all the products are handmade in the DK in limited batches, i don’t always hold stock of every item. Orders can take between up to five week days to complete. I will update you of the expected delivery time with your confirmation email if delay occurred. If you have any queries, or are in an exceptional hurry please email me on miel.boho@gmail.com and i will do my best to help you.

SHIPPING

Miel handmade are a business with handmade products, please allow up to five working days for me to process your order. The below timeframes are from the dispatch date, and you will receive an email as soon as your parcel is on its way to you.

The time frames below are estimates given to me by our shipper and cannot guarantee your item will arrive in this time. We recommend ordering two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Free shipping on orders over 1000 Dkk.

DAO Track & Trace shipping - 50 Dkk.

2-4 working days for delivery.

EXCHANGES

Each piece of Miel handmade is made to order, therefore we cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be faulty. In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece.

If you would like to exchange a purchase please contact me at miel.boho@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. I will provide you with a return number and instructions on returning the product. Returns will not be accepted without a return number.

Costs incurred for the return shipping of the purchase is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. MIEL handmade takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.

Returns and exchanges can be made by dropping in-store or via the online store.

RETURNS

I hope you will be absolutely delighted with your new jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase MIEL is happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively, MIEL will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Items exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are found to be faulty, are:

— Commissioned pieces (bespoke)
— Customised pieces

Should you find a fault with your item, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once you have notified us of your faulty item, we will confirm your return in writing. You should then post the item back to us at:

Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach me as i cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged during they return postage to me, therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt.
